Our Experience
Our team of editors has over 15 years of experience as dancers, choreographers, and coaches. Â We intimately understand the dedication and countless hours poured into perfecting your 'big moment.' Crafting an inspiring and seamlessly polished mix is paramount to your success. Our mission is to transform your vision into reality by tailoring a unique mix that perfectly complements you and your event.

Licensing (if needed)
Process
1. Once you submit your request please allow 48 hours for us to respond.
2. A confirmation email, with details, will be sent along with an invoice.
3. Once payment is received, we will start working on your mix.
4. Your mix and any licensing paperwork (when applicable) will be emailed to you upon completion.
5. You will have 72 hours to contact us for any minor revisions (please refer to services as to what is included). After that time period all hourly rates apply. Please allow 7-10 business days for revisions to be completed.
Policies
1.  By submitting a request you will be held responsible for a payment to Dance Team Central.
2. Â We are unable to begin working on your mix until the full payment is received. Â Failure to pay on time will result in delays.
3. Â If you need to cancel your order prior to the start of production there will be $50Â fee. Â Once production has begun there are no refunds given.
4. Â If you are purchasing compliant music, licensing is good for 1 year from the purchase date. Â You may renew licensing if needed on a mix for an additional fee. Â Please contact us for further questions or details.
Payments
We understand the occasional hoops you must jump through with schools and bookkeepers for payments at times. Please reach out if you need any additional paperwork.

We will always update and confirm a due date once you submit your request.
1-2 weeks off-peak season
3-4+ weeks during peak times (April-September)

Once a song(s) has been selected, and you are ready to request a mix, ensure you know the music provider that the song(s) is listed under, to enable us to locate the songs quickly. Do not purchase or download them. Leave that to DTC. Please note: There are other sites/options you may use, but the sites suggested by DTC currently have the highest quality and number of tracks to choose from.
