Confirmation Email – You’ll receive a confirmation email with key event details and next steps.

Team & Program Information Request – We’ll send you a follow-up form to collect important details about your program, including key contacts, areas of focus, and team/school logos.

Event Checklist – A guide to help you prepare for a seamless experience, including what to bring, where to be, and how to maximize your time at the event.

Music Submission (If Performing) – If your team is participating in the College Showcase, you’ll need to submit your music file by May 18th. We’ll provide instructions on how to do so.

Recruiting & Promotional Materials – Consider what you’d like to bring for high school dancers and coaches (brochures, QR codes, merchandise, etc.) to help showcase your program. And prepare key talking points for your program introduction.

Final Event Details – A full event schedule with check-in times to set up, introductions, showcase timing, and recruiting sessions will be sent closer to the event.
